Designer, front end developer, yogi, community builder, & then some.

Bri addressing students at the AIGA Portfolio Review

Freelance designer & front end developer, President of AIGA Central Pennsylvania, Organizer of Shine Lancaster, 200 hour yoga teaching certificate trainee, and all around decent human being.

I'm all over the place:

Over the last few years, I've been employed (in order) as a designer and front end developer at the Industrial Resolution, Infantree and PLEDGE IT.

Within the last year, I've taught with Girl Develop It Lehigh Valley, moderated a panel on self care at elaConf, participated in a panel on user experience and design in news media at AmericaEast, co-organized WordCamp Lancaster and shared some knowledge in a variety of other ways.

Most specifically:

Hi, I'm Bri.

I do all of what's mentioned above, and then some. I care about all that's mentioned above, and then some. One of those 'and then some's is where I live - Lancaster City. I moved here in 2013, and again in 2015.

I am a vocal advocate of women in design and technology and creating diverse, inclusive workplaces. I am fascinated by uncovering and creating awareness around implicit bias. I believe in using design to benefit the greater good to make a positive social impact. I believe in the ability design thinking has to change how we consider problems and finding their solutions.
